Our cold plunge therapy is designed to invigorate and stimulate your body, while our 190-degree sauna offers a deeply relaxing experience. We recommend alternating between the two for maximum benefits and we guarantee you'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Total time for both therapies is 45 minutes. Extra person will be $25.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking! Your deposit is nonrefundable. We do require a 24 hour cancellation or rebooking notice. We require another $20 non refundable deposit if 24 hrs notice is not given. You can call or text 915-300-7651 or text 915-777-1553 to cancel after hours. "No Shows" will have full amount of appointment due.
