Cancellation Policy
To use the float therapy, we ask that you dont color your hair within 2 weeks of the float. The color will dye the water and we will impose a $500 cleaning fee. Also dont shave 24 hrs prior to the appointment. The deposit is nonrefundable and we do require a 24 hr notice to reschedule or else another $20 will be required.
