Float + Calm Spa Appointment Messaging

Program Description
Float + Calm Spa’s text-message program provides appointment reminders, confirmation requests, scheduling updates, and related customer-care messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
This program does not include promotional text messages.
Consent
You may enroll by giving verbal permission to spa staff or actively selecting an SMS consent option on a form that explains this program.
Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, booking, or receiving services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communications with staff.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms apply to messages you send and receive.
Appointment Replies
When a reminder asks for confirmation, reply Y to confirm attendance.
A reply of No alerts staff that you need assistance. It does not automatically cancel or reschedule your appointment. Contact the spa to arrange changes. Existing cancellation, deposit, and no-show policies continue to apply.
A lack of response does not automatically cancel an appointment.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, after which program texts will stop unless you enroll again.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment. Contact the spa to arrange another communication method.

Delivery and Number Changes
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
