Permission to receive appointment texts does not enroll you in promotional text messages.

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate our booking and messaging services, including Wix and Twilio. Such providers process information to deliver those services. This operational processing does not authorize them to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.

Participation in appointment texting is optional. You may decline texts without affecting your ability to book or receive services.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the text-message program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the spa directly.

You may contact us to request corrections to your contact information or ask about access to or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.

 

Retention and Security

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive medical or payment-card information by text.
